• What photos can I upload?

  JPG or PNG, up to 7MB (official Generate / Cum Shorts copy).

• What makes a better result?

  Official tips: clear sharp face; bright even lighting; high-resolution recommended.

• Does orientation matter?

  Cum Shorts recommends a vertical photo.

• Whose photo can I use?

  Terms: affirm you are the person depicted; do not upload others without consent (§2, §4.1, §4.3, §15).

• Is my photo stored?

  Privacy: uploaded/generated content kept until user deletes (not auto-deleted); account deletion erases uploads/videos/credits (with legal retention exceptions). Privacy also claims they never share uploaded images or AI videos with third parties (with ops service-provider exceptions).

• Will a bad photo waste money?

  Exact credit costs are not posted publicly. On generation failure, UI says credits are refunded / free credits added; Terms say purchased credits are non-refundable and consumed credits not restored — both are official; cite both.

• Should I create an image first?

  Product i18n warns creating an image can use free credits and leave insufficient credits for an 18+ video.

• First generation free?

  Marketing yes — “completely free.”
